exhausted. An Valkarien may make a dive attack. A
dive attack works just like a charge, but the air elves must descend a
minimum of 30 feet and attack with a piercing weapon; if she hits, she
deals double damage. An air elve can use the run action while flying,
provided she flies in a straight line. For more information on flight,

MASTER's Guide.

- Electricity Resistance 10: The Valkarien are resistant to electricity.
- Cold Resistance 10: The Valkarien are resistant to cold.
- Low-Light Vision: A creature with low-light vision can see twice as far as a human in
starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of shadowy
illumination. It retains the ability to distinguish color and detail
under these conditions. A spellcaster with low-light vision can read a
scroll as long as even the tiniest candle flame is next to her as a
source of light.
